LinkPanel is intended for legitimate SEO, agency, reseller, and business marketing use. You should not use the platform for illegal activity, spam abuse, fraud, or attempts to damage third-party websites.

We may suspend access if an account appears to abuse the platform, bypass payment checks, submit prohibited niches, or interfere with service delivery.

Wallet deposits create account credit that can be used to place orders. Wallet balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest.

Payment methods, supported currencies, payment fees, and checkout availability may vary by billing country and provider rules.

Failed, cancelled, or unconfirmed checkout attempts do not add wallet balance. Confirmed deposits appear in your wallet history.

Each service has its own price, delivery estimate, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, follow type, indexing estimate, and custom requirements.

Some services require specific information such as brand details, author details, media contact information, files, or reference URLs. Orders may be delayed if required details are missing.

Keyword, URL, and content requirements may differ by service category. The order form and service detail page show the current requirements before checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and start after valid order details are submitted and reviewed.

Completed orders may include delivered backlink rows, report files, or other proof depending on the service type.

Indexation add-ons, when available and purchased, submit delivered URLs for indexing support. Indexation is not a ranking or search-engine inclusion guarantee.

We do not accept orders for adult, gambling, vape, drug, hate speech, violence, weapons, or similar restricted niches.

Publishers and service partners may reject a placement if the submitted target, topic, or instructions do not fit their guidelines.

If a restricted or unsuitable order is submitted, we may cancel the order and return eligible funds to wallet balance after review.

Completed placements that match the approved order details are generally not refundable.

Failed or undeliverable placements may be eligible for replacement or wallet credit after admin review.

Refund or replacement decisions depend on order status, service requirements, publisher evidence, and whether work has already started.

LinkPanel provides backlink ordering, planning, reporting, and related workflow tools. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, indexation, or search-engine outcomes.

Search engines, publishers, third-party websites, and payment providers operate independently from LinkPanel.

Service descriptions are written to help you compare options, but you remain responsible for choosing services that fit your campaign and risk tolerance.

API access is provided for approved account use and must respect documented scopes, rate limits, and order validation rules.

You may not use the API to bypass service eligibility, submit tampered prices, spam requests, scrape private data, or overload the platform.

We may rotate, revoke, or limit API keys when needed to protect account security and platform reliability.

We may update these terms as the platform, services, payment methods, or provider rules change.

The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of LinkPanel after changes means you accept the updated terms.
