1. Information We Collect

Account details such as your name, email address, login information, billing country, notification preferences, and API key settings.

Project and order details such as project names, domains, target URLs, keywords, service selections, quantities, custom requirements, uploaded files, and delivery records.

Wallet and transaction records such as deposit amount, payment method, payment status, billing country, payment currency, wallet credit, invoice or provider identifiers, and transaction metadata.

Support and contact messages, including pre-sales forms, support tickets, order notes, and admin replies.

2. AI Planner and Website Analysis

When you use the AI planner, we may fetch public pages from the website or URL you submit, such as the homepage, about page, services page, contact page, or similar public pages.

We use sanitized public text, your selected goal, budget range, active service data, and keyword choices to create a recommended backlink plan.

We do not ask for private website logins in the public planner. Do not submit confidential information unless it is needed for an order or support request.

3. How We Use Information

To create and manage your account, authenticate sessions, process orders, display reports, track wallet balance, and provide customer support.

To calculate pricing, enforce service limits, validate required fields, generate order drafts, create reports, and notify you about order and payment events.

To improve platform reliability, prevent abuse, investigate errors, enforce restrictions, and maintain audit logs for account and payment activity.

4. Service Providers and Sharing

We may share the minimum information needed with payment processors, wallet or crypto payment providers, email providers, hosting infrastructure, captcha/security providers, AI or search-data providers, and fulfillment partners.

Fulfillment partners may receive order details needed to complete a service, such as target URLs, keywords, requirements, content notes, or uploaded assets.

We do not sell customer account data. We may disclose information if required to comply with law, prevent fraud, protect platform security, or enforce our terms.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies or similar storage for login sessions, security checks, preferences, checkout flow, and basic platform functionality.

Some third-party services, such as payment or captcha providers, may set their own cookies or perform browser checks when you use those features.

6. Retention

We keep account, order, wallet, report, audit, and support records for as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet accounting or compliance needs.

If you request account closure, some records may remain where needed for completed transactions, fraud prevention, order history, legal obligations, or platform security.

7. Your Choices

You can update account details, notification preferences, projects, API keys, and webhooks from the dashboard where available.

You can contact support to ask about account data, request corrections, or ask for account closure.

You can avoid submitting sensitive information in public forms and only provide custom requirements that are needed for a service.

8. Security

We use access controls, server-side validation, secure checkout providers, audit records, and abuse-prevention checks to protect the platform.

No internet service is perfectly secure. Keep your password, email account, API keys, and device access protected.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy as LinkPanel features, providers, regulations, or security practices change.

The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
